- Process new hires information and documentation and keep the employees’ database updated in the in-house systems
- Process and hand over leavers’ documentation (Preparation of termination orders)
- Process and support the documentation flow in the department (sick leaves, additional agreements to be entered into the internal systems)
- Administrate personnel labor files electronically and on-paper and ensure accurate documents management
- Prepare employment/income certificates and reports upon requests
- Assist and provide ongoing support to the employees in their daily quires
- Support the daily Payroll and administration workflow and work along with other company departments
- Work in compliance with the Bulgarian Labour legislation and Company rules
- Strong knowledge of BG Labour legislation
- Minimum 1 year of previous relevant experience
- University Degree in HR or business-related studies
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Very good spoken and written English
- Excellent communication, analytical and organization skills
- Excellent knowledge of Bulgarian payroll software - Aladin
- Knowledge and experience in work with Excel for payroll needs
- Very good communication and problem-solving skills
