Overview of tasks:


  • Back-office support only 

  • Taking over general administrative tasks

  • Provide online support for specific cases 

  • Achieving and ensuring quality standards


We are looking for:


  • Fluent in Arabic (written and spoken) and a minimum B2 of English

  • Valid work permit for Germany or EU citizenship

  • Availability to complete up to 4 weeks full time training.

  • Affinity with back office services

  • Reliable and efficient way of working

  • Goal-oriented approach to work
