About the team and role

The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective role-based training programs to employees across all levels, including corporate staff members. This role involves facilitating training sessions designed to enhance our associates' skills, knowledge, and performance in using different platforms and processes.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct training sessions using various instructional techniques and formats, such as role-playing, simulations, team exercises, group discussions, videos, and lectures.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.
  • Monitor and report on trainee progress and performance.
  • Provide feedback and support to trainees to ensure successful learning outcomes.
  • Tracks and analyzes course evaluations and training program effectiveness, tracking and evaluating trends, and adjusting training materials based on feedback and training results.
  • Support the program during periods of low facilitation by assisting with tasks such as analytics or learning coordination as needed.

Knowledge
  • English B2/C1 or above - Required (Oral and written comprehension and appropriate use of language).
  • Advanced Google Apps for Work tools (ie: Google Drive, Google Calendar, Gmail) - Required
  • Strong reporting and analysis skills (flowcharts, daily attendance reports and scorecards) - Required

  • Basic knowledge of designing and developing training materials
  • Motivation Theory - Advanced
  • Education Programs - Advanced
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in Client/Stakeholder Management - Required
  • Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in training and development (Facilitator) - Required
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly and engagingly.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Educational Technology, or a related field.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and work effectively with diverse teams.
  • Ability to assess training needs and evaluate training effectiveness using data and feedback.
