We are currently seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist (m/f/d) to join our team in Essen on a full-time basis.

Overview of tasks:
Planning, conducting and following-up on telephone calls and job interviews
Evaluation of aptitude tests for applicants
Supporting applicants from the application stage through to recruitment
Cooperation with the social media team to create content and attractive campaigns
Processing our recruitment databases
We are looking for:
Very good written and spoken German (min. C1 level)
Good written and spoken English (min. B2 level)
Previous work experience in human resources and some knowledge of German labor law are of advantage but not essential
Very good handling of common PC and internet applications
Strong communication skills and willingness to learn
Working in an independent and careful manner
Willingness to work on site in Essen
