Are you passionate about upholding the highest standards of quality and compliance? We are seeking a meticulous Quality Analyst to help maintain and enhance the integrity of our client’s platform. In this role, you’ll ensure our policies are followed across various compliance areas, from intellectual property to data privacy.
What You’ll Do:
As a Quality Analyst, you'll specialize in one of the following compliance streams:
Intellectual Property Compliance: Review flagged content/accounts for potential violations involving copyright, trademarks, or counterfeit material (including unlicensed media streaming). Respond to user inquiries regarding these issues.
Legal Compliance: Evaluate cases involving flagged illegal content based on orders from national authorities or law enforcement, ensuring our platform adheres to legal guidelines.
Data Privacy Compliance: Handle inquiries related to image privacy rights, subject access requests, rights to erasure/objection, and data protection regulations, ensuring we stay compliant with privacy laws.
Licensing Agreements: Conduct quality audits to support the execution of contractual licensing agreements on our platforms, ensuring compliance with the terms.
