About the role
Responsible for receiving, controlling and managing the documentation submitted by the New Hires, as well as reviewing them, ensuring that the received documentation is complete and in the proper conditions to complete the physical personnel file. It is also responsible for the affiliation of employees to the Social Security System as well as for managing the opening of bank accounts. It is also responsible for completing the hiring process in the Talent Acquisition System and completing Internal reports that will help to have the information of every candidate accurately.
Responsibilities:
Provide service to the New Hires in relation to inquiries about personal documentation (Bank accounts, Social Security, AFP, etc.); receive personnel files delivered by Recruitment, make affiliations of social security to those who work for the first time and open bank accounts through the bank executive supporting and clarifying doubts about it. Manage the signature of company policies with all new hires to include it in the physical personnel file. Follow up all the groups that are in training to complete the pending documentation, working in conjunction with the trainers of the accounts and recruitment team.

Knowledge of basic banking procedures
Knowledge in the elaboration of labor contracts and labor laws - Intermediate
Studies & Experience:
Third year of university studies in the careers of: Business Administration, Marketing, Psychology or related career
6 months of experience in similar positions - Desirable
