Human Resources, People Experience Analyst - TELUS Digital El Salvador
Position overview:
The People Experience IV role will handle tasks related to retention and engagement. This includes generating, analyzing, and communicating information. Additionally, this role will propose innovative strategies, initiatives, and activities tailored to the needs and experiences of our collaborators to promote development and commitment in ES &/or GT.
The primary objective is to provide continuous support and collaborate closely with Support Departments teams. This role also plays a crucial part in aligning Human Resources strategy with business outcomes. It involves identifying and effectively communicating well-grounded findings using creative, structured, and analytical thinking. This enables Operational Leaders to take actionable steps based on retention and engagement results.
Key responsibilities:
Develop and implement innovative strategies, initiatives, and activities that are tailored to the unique requirements and objectives of our collaborators.
Responsible for preparing, executing, analyzing and following up on the HR surveys and other feedback sources during the year in order to gather team members feedback and take appropriate actions
Design and carry out programs under Leaders club's umbrella, including developmental events and motivational activities.
Maintain open communication and regular communication with the leadership team and stakeholders to ensure alignment on current needs and action plans.

Qualifications:
English B2 - Required.
• Oral and written comprehension.
• Appropriate use of language.
University graduate of: Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or related careers - Desirable
Minimum of 1 year of work experience in Human Resources (Recruitment, Learning, and Development or Organizational Development) - Desirable
Proven experience in a multinational company
