As an Expert Rater, you will play a pivotal role in refining and enhancing AI-powered advertising systems. You will be at the pioneer of defining a solution in an uncharted domain, where existing benchmarks are absent. This calls for a team that excels in crafting exceptional data-driven products despite limited resources, embracing the challenge of creating excellence where no precedent exists. Main Responsibilities:
Pioneering Innovation: working in an evolving environment where established norms are yet to be defined.
Resourceful Issue Resolution: Identify potential challenges and issues in ad templates, utilizing your resourcefulness and adaptability to craft effective solutions in the absence of established benchmarks.
Self-Driven Research: Initiate and conduct independent research to gather insights, exploring uncharted territories to guide your decisions and innovations.
Data Analysis: Analyze various datasets to identify meaningful patterns and trends
LLM Improvement: Collaborate with our research and development teams in experiments aimed at enhancing our Language Model (LLM)
Qualifications:
Strong analytical skills to assess templates and identify potential issues.
Exceptional emotional intelligence, to navigate situations where disagreements arise and foster collaborative solutions.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively explain your evaluations and proposed solutions
Detail-oriented mindset to catch nuances and ensure accurate template annotations.
Familiarity with annotation guidelines and best practices
Ability to adapt to evolving processes and provide valuable insights for process improvement.
Knowledge:
English B1 - Required
Oral and written comprehension
Appropriate use of language
Google Workspace- Intermediate
Familiarity with ethical considerations and challenges in AI, particularly in the context of advertising.
An academic background in any social science would be a plus
Google AI learning path - Desirable
Studies & Experience:
1 year of University studies - Desirable
2–3 years of experience in either; marketing, research, linguistic, content creation or moderation, writing, reporting, QA related roles or similar positions - Desirable for external hires
Understanding of data labeling, annotation, and evaluation methodologies.- Required
Previous quality control experience is a plus
Experience with SQL, HTML, would be desirable
