As a End User Computing Specialist member of our IT team, you will:
  • Provides installation / configuration of software packages, installation / configuration of peripheral

  • Assemble new joiners welcome equipment pack. Updates equipment inventory accordingly

  • Disassemble and sort leavers equipment pack. Updates equipment inventory accordingly

  • Provides instruction, activity guidance, being involved in providing support to company staff when needed;

  • Oversees the legal and responsible use of computer programs and equipment by users;

  • Supports and ensures the operation of the local computer network and reports any anomalies to the direct manager;

  • Proposes ideas for improving the work process, in order to increase the efficiency and quality of work;

  • Mounting and cabling of the computers for the employees and training rooms

  • Active Directory Users, Groups, OU and Group Policy Objects Administration

  • Providing Remote/Onsite IT support and training for new users on the Work from Home solutions

  • Works with the Internal ServicerNow ticketing system for tracking the Operational and Non-Operational requests
