About the role

As a Delivery Operations Manager on the Delivery Operations team at TELUS Digital, your primary responsibilities include managing project resource data, auditing and maintaining timesheet processes, and owning company utilization reporting within our PSA solution. You’ll provide ownership over project data integrity in our resourcing software and gain insight into both the micro and macro decisions of Business Operations at WillowTree. You'll get a bird’s eye view of a fast growing and well established business.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and enforce the data accuracy within our internal business tools used for managing project staffing and finance operations

  • Manage processes for auditing timesheet data and work with delivery managers to enforce best practices around timesheet entry

  • Facilitate tooling improvements within PSA solution to support business requirements and user experience

  • Manage user access and permission needs within PSA solution

  • Build and manage reports for resource management and delivery leadership that communicate insights like utilization trends, unallocated resources, and staffing needs

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in a data management or internal product ownership role

  • You can adapt to shifting priorities and make informed decisions

  • Ability to manage spreadsheet tools such as Excel or Google Sheets

  • A high level of empathy and curiosity

Desirable Qualifications

  • Previous Project Coordination or Management experience

  • Experience managing or administrating internal SaaS (Salesforce)

  • Expertise with Enterprise Resource Management software or similar (Certinia)

  • Experience transforming data into insights

  • Experience working in a resourcing role or with technical projects (understanding of the SDLC, allocating software projects)
