Main Responsibilities:
Analyze and assess advertising content according to established guidelines, providing actionable insights to enhance AI performance and compliance.
Offer clear, well-structured feedback on content quality, with a focus on improving clarity, relevance, and cultural appropriateness.
Actively engage in discussions with global teams to reach agreement on content evaluation, fostering teamwork and a collaborative approach.
Use statistical and quality metrics to track AI performance, identifying areas for improvement and driving changes in line with company standards.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest cultural and social trends, as well as guidelines relevant to advertising content.
Handle sensitive content responsibly. Evaluate queries with sensitivity, ensuring adherence to ethical guidelines and advertising regulations, particularly when dealing with potentially controversial material.

Main Required Knowledge:
English Proficiency: B2 level required, with strong oral and written comprehension.
Proficient in the appropriate use of language, particularly in evaluating content that may have ethical or societal implications.
Awareness of the ethical responsibilities tied to advertising content, especially when dealing with sensitive or controversial material.
Main Required Qualifications and Experience:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in content moderation, rating, or data annotation. Experience in evaluating or labeling data, ideally within AI content or search relevance projects.
Alternatively, candidates who do not meet the 1-year experience requirement must demonstrate proficiency through the following:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a field other than customer service (marketing, customer experience analysis, hospitality, language tutor, technical analyst, etc) - required
Proven track record of providing high-quality feedback in previous roles, including experience in detailed reporting, constructive feedback, and consistent quality improvement.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively, with at least 6 months of experience in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments where multitasking and prioritization were key.
Familiarity with cultural trends in the US.
Proven record of attention to detail, with quantifiable success in previous roles that required meticulous evaluation or quality control (e.g., error rates below a certain threshold).
Competence in handling sensitive content: Candidates should have experience dealing with controversial or “taboo” content and must demonstrate an understanding of ethical considerations related to content moderation. Preferably, this can be measured through experience in 2 or more projects requiring sensitivity in content evaluation.
Experience with using AI tools, data analysis platforms, or content moderation systems. Candidates should have at least 6 months of hands-on experience working with related technologies.
At least 1 year of university studies in a relevant field is desirable.
An academic background in social sciences, communications, or experience in a quality control role is a plus.
