Description and Requirements
Ensures that the program meets KPI requirements set by clients by identifying program challenges through data analysis. Implements action plans from project proposals to improve critical bottom. Coaches agents on individual opportunities as required by the program and coordinates with Team Captains to ensure an efficient follow-through process.
Listens to bottom performing Team Members identified as Sales outliers in the program
Provides coaching and feedback centered around specific sales competencies including but no limited to: Probing Questions, Effective Pitching, Handling Objections
Able to participate in site wide initiatives to help drive sales (i.e. understand current key client promotional offers and help communicate this to frontline team members)
Participate in triad sessions with Operations team leaders or ops managers to provide sales specific feedback
Required skills + qualities (technical):
Bachelor’s degree in any field
Product and Compass Certification, PEP Certification
Proficiency with MS Office applications (i.e. MS Word, Excel) required. Training delivery skills is a plus.
