We are seeking a Recruitment Analyst to join our team. This role focuses on executing operational activities within Sourcing, Recruitment, and PMT to achieve hiring targets. Senior Associates will also mentor and upskill other associates.
Key Responsibilities:
Sourcing: Execute planned sourcing activities, represent the company at recruitment events, provide tactical support for sourcing initiatives, and maintain sourcing databases and trackers.
Selection: Conduct recruitment activities (screens, interviews, orientations), ensure compliance with processes, provide hiring updates, and maintain recruitment documentation.
Onboarding: Prepare and file documentation, coordinate hiring requirements with teams, ensure accurate data input for candidate information, and verify authenticity of required documents.
Required Skills & Qualities:
Technical: 2-3 years of recruitment/sourcing experience (preferably in BPO/ITO), general knowledge of recruitment and HR principles, and proficiency with MS Office applications.
Non-Technical: Strong operational effectiveness, resourcefulness, attention to detail, prioritization skills, ability to mentor, discretion with confidential information, time and project management, excellent communication (English fluency), adaptability, customer orientation, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
