Human  Resources, Human Resources Analyst IV - (Generalist) - Bilingual - TELUS Digital SV

 

 

Position overview

The Human Resources Analyst IV is responsible for providing guidance to the Operation on issues related to Human Resources policies and procedures looking for the best fit of our organizational goals and our people’s needs. They are responsible for implementing programs in conjunction with the account’s management team, aimed at maintaining the culture of the company, the development of internal talent, and a sense of pride for being a TELUS family member.


Key responsibilities:
Become the main trustable contact of HR for our team members, performing initiatives that help to maintain our team members engaged and happy to be part of TELUS Digital through a work environment recognized for being fair, ethical, collaborative, and aligned to our values. The Human Resources Analyst IV has active participation in the following situations or any other matters related to our team member’s well-being and a fair work environment: Conflict resolution, internal promotion process, and development needs.

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 6 months of experience in Human Resources - Required

  • Schedule flexibility.

Qualifications:

  • Mandatory: English level - B2:

• Oral and written comprehension.

             • Appropriate use of language

  • University Degree  in Business Administration, Psychology, Industrial Engineering or related career - Desirable
