Описание и изисквания

  • We need a Content Coordinator/Moderator for an on-site data collection project for our AI Data Solutions Divisions
  • We are helping a client collect recordings of participants, for the purpose of improving their Machine Learning models.
  • The Content Coordinator will help us record data across 250 people across a 6-month period, with this likely to extend for another 6 months after that.
Recordings will be undertaken at Telus Digital Cape Town’s Woodstock facility.

Persona:
  • We need an English speaker, who can read and write English (trainings, guidelines and communication with PM team will be in English) 
  • Proficient in MS Excel and MS Office.
  • Someone with experience of working with people preferable (e.g. happy to meet and greet staff and demo/show them how to undertake a task)
  • Do not need to be very technical, but at the very least understand how to work a mobile phone and mobile phone apps
  • Happy to receive some training remotely and join a weekly video meeting with the Project Management team.

We will:
  • Provide the team member with relevant training on the equipment and process etc.
  • Give them a support team and channels for communication (Google Chat, Email etc.)
  • We will provide with a schedule for when participants will come to do recordings.
