Opeartions Team Lead for Gandhinagar Location
- Client facing experience is a must.
- Effective communication and support from staff members to develop specific reports, findings, or actions
- Meet with Upper management once per day to discuss Important Topics
- Attend all applicable meetings with the client.
- Responsible for staffing and defining the number of replacement agents needed
- Ensure supervisors attend weekly calibration.
- Follow up on supervisor's monitoring (coaching and triads)
- Have monthly Focus groups with teams to evaluate team satisfaction
- Responsible for staff and agent motivation, planning, and execution (pulse check).
- English B1:
- Verbal and written comprehension
- Appropriate use of language
