Description and Requirements

We are seeking a talented and motivated ServiceNow Functional & Integration Developer to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in enhancing our ServiceNow platform's functionality and integrations to streamline business processes and improve overall efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Functional Configuration: Configure and customize ServiceNow modules to meet business requirements, including Incident Management, Change Management, and Service Catalog (ITSM).

  • Integration Development: Design, develop, and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and other systems using APIs, web services, and scripting languages.

  • Requirement Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements for ServiceNow solutions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

  • Workflow Automation: Develop and optimize workflows, business rules, and scripts to automate manual processes and enhance efficiency within ServiceNow.

  • Service Portal Development: Create and maintain user-friendly Service Portals, making it easier for end-users to request services and access information.

  • Testing and Quality Assurance: Perform thorough testing of ServiceNow configurations and integrations to ensure system reliability, data accuracy, and adherence to best practices.

  • Documentation: Prepare clear and comprehensive documentation of configurations, customizations, and integrations for knowledge sharing and reference.

  • Troubleshooting and Support: Provide technical support and resolve issues related to ServiceNow configurations and integrations, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.

  • Stay Current: Stay up-to-date with ServiceNow platform updates, best practices, and industry trends to continuously improve the platform's capabilities.

Additional Job Description

  • Mandatory to have experience in Service Catalog (ITSM).

  • 4+ years of relevant experience.

  • Shift Timings - Day Shift.
