German Sales Specialist | Fintech | Cork

Location: Onsite in Cork, Ireland
Salary: Base €34,500  + Uncapped Monthly Commission + Sign On Bonus €1,000 gross
Hours: Mon-Fri, across 8:00am - 5:30pm (No weekends!)

A day in the life of a Sales Specialist

You will need to manage your pipeline to effectively identify all suitable prospects. You will guide these prospects through the sales cycle to achieve your sales targets and increase your bonus earnings (uncapped bonus). In consultation with both high and low volume businesses, you will provide demonstrations on the financial products on offer and advise on the benefits.

The perfect candidate is an experienced salesperson, capable of engaging in business-level and technical conversations at multiple levels of a new, existing, or potential customers organization. You must have the ability to build the correct relationships with all levels. As a Sales Specialist you must understand the business-to-business buyer journey, lead short, single stakeholder deals as well as complex multi-party sales in a highly consultative manner.

We’ll provide you with comprehensive product training and ongoing sales coaching in order to make sure you have what you need to be successful!

What You’ll Do:

  • Handle leads and guide businesses through the sales process.
  • Achieve monthly activation targets and boost your earnings with an uncapped bonus.
  • Manage your own sales pipeline and deliver product demonstrations.
  • Strive to investigate and qualify all leads received, and route relevant leads to dedicated teams for further support.
  • Consult with businesses to identify their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Discover the overall business objectives of our client, and articulate our client value proposition to the customer.

What we NEED you to have:

  • Fluency in English and German
  • Strong sales mindset with a results-driven approach
  • Excellent communication & negotiation skills to be able to establish customer relationships and offer long-term targeted solutions.
  • Results orientation, as you will be driven to achieve top results by achieving and over achieving set sales targets. You will be confident in engaging all available resources to achieve the desired outcome.
  • Strong interest in and capability with technology, you will be comfortable explaining technical information to customers and creating custom solutions to meet their needs (experience is a plus!)
