About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Project Manager with strong experience in Agile Scrum delivery, hands-on Jira expertise, and a solid technical foundation. The ideal candidate will have the ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage complex initiatives, and adapt to changing business needs while maintaining focus on delivery, quality, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage end-to-end project delivery using Agile/Scrum methodologies.

• Facilitate all Agile ceremonies: daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, retrospectives.

• Use Jira to manage sprint boards, track progress, create dashboards, and generate project reports.

• Collaborate with Product Owners, Developers, QA, and other stakeholders to define scope, priorities, and timelines.

• Maintain project documentation, roadmaps, and reporting artifacts.

• Identify and resolve risks, blockers, and dependencies across teams.

• Communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Provide timely project updates and maintain alignment with business objectives.

• Demonstrate flexibility in adapting to shifting priorities, teams, or timelines.

Qualifications:

• 3–7 years of Project Management experience, preferably in a technology or software development environment.

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification.

• Proven experience using Jira for project and sprint management.

• Strong technical aptitude – able to engage in discussions on architecture, APIs, databases, or cloud environments.

• Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience managing distributed or offshore teams.

• Familiarity with Confluence, Bitbucket, or other Atlassian tools.

• Knowledge of SDLC, CI/CD, DevOps processes is an advantage.

• PMP certification is a plus.
