Facilities, Administration Facilities Sr. TL (Construction Sr.TL) - Pradera GT

Position Overview:

The Facilities Sr. TL is responsible for coordinating and completing projects on time within budget and within scope. Oversee all aspects of projects; will work directly with clients/vendors to ensure deliverables fall

within the applicable scope and budget.  

Key responsibilities:

  • Overseeing infrastructure growth and sustainment projects

  • Participate in coordination meetings with development partners related to infrastructure development

  • Assist in project design presentations (2D and 3D) and follow-up actions for project acceptance

  • Draft project-related documents such as work programs, briefs, presentations, concept notes, or any other document as required

  • Coordinating projects with the other personnel and the works and design contractors

  • Monitoring project performance to ensure that progress is made according to agreed timelines, quality, and costs

  • Resolving issues and problems that may arise in the implementation of projects

  • Draft project-related documents such as periodic, annual, and completion reports for external and internal clients on infrastructure projects

  • Perform other duties as required by his immediate supervisor

  • Sourcing/accrediting/recommending contractors, business analysis and other administrative functions.

  • Assists in Budget, CAPEX and OPEX; Provides administrative support such  as documentation and file management, contract and vendor management; space and seat management.

Qualifications:  

  • 3rd year or above of University studies in Architecture or any related fields - Mandatory

  • At least 2 years of working experience in projects, Final details supervision, construction, and budget execution  - Mandatory
