Description and Requirements

What you bring*
  • 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, Business Intelligence Analyst, Business Intelligence Developer, Business Systems Analyst, Data Engineer, or similar role
  • You bring 5+ years of experience in driving data-based decisions in a consultative style to executive and senior management stakeholders
  • You have extensive experience and in-depth knowledge of identifying requirements and building reporting solutions & system roadmaps in collaboration with key stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and at the same time able to collaborate with stakeholders
  • Proficiency with same of the following technologies: ORACLE, Exadata, Microsoft SQL Server, Cloud managed database, SSIS, Informatica, Talend, R, Python, GCP Big Query, Azure Data Factory, AWS Glue, Tableau, Domo, Power BI, etc.
  • Excellent analytical ability, strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize, ability to multi-task, work under pressure, and meet deadlines promptly
  • Enthusiasm for staying up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in data analysis and business intelligence.
Great-to-haves*
  • Post-secondary degree in Computer Science or Engineering and/or equivalent experience
  • 5 years of telecom experience
  • Certification in Data Analysis/ Business Intelligence tech stack

Additional Job Description

What you’ll do*
  • Design and build data models, views, BI semantic layers, and BI assets for governed reporting and self-service data discovery and analytics.
  • Engage in workshops with various business stakeholders to understand business requirements for new reporting and analytics use cases, and develop dashboards and reports that fully meet their needs
  • You’ll be continuously consulting and collaborating with marketing and sales teams to develop timely and accurate reporting to provide actionable insights
  • Leading the implementation of executive dashboards and self-serve reporting using Tableau and Domo, to help the leadership make informed data-driven decisions
  • You will be at the forefront of analyzing results, and you can develop executive recommendations that you will present to leadership and stakeholders
