The Asset administrator of TELUS Digital Bulgaria assists in the effective procurement, tracking, allocation, and disposal of company assets while ensuring compliance with organizational policies, budgetary guidelines, and environmental regulations.
Your Responsibilities:
- Assist in the procurement of new assets in line with company policies and approved budgets
- Support the allocation and retrieval of assets for new hires and departing employees
- Monitor asset movements and ensure all transactions are supported by accurate and complete documentation
- Coordinate with delivery vendors to support timely and efficient asset deliveries
- Assist in generating reports related to asset utilization, availability, and inventory status
- Maintain oversight of asset-related supplies, such as packaging materials, and ensure timely reordering to prevent operational disruptions
Our Requirements:
- General knowledge of asset procurement and disposal processes
- Ability to work with asset management software and related tools
- Strong organizational and documentation skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines effectively
- Capable of identifying and resolving routine issues by applying established procedures and guidelines
- High school diploma or technical education
- English language proficiency at B1 level (oral and written)
