Our AI Project Manager sits at the center of this process, supporting post-sales execution and serving as the bridge between client needs and technical delivery.

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong interest in AI and computer vision to lead data collection, annotation and labeling projects for enterprise clients. This role involves managing multiple initiatives, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely, high-quality delivery across AI/ML programs.

The ideal candidate demonstrates proven expertise in vendor collaboration, exceptional project management capabilities, a deep understanding of technical workflows, and a strong drive to deliver high-impact outcomes in a fast-moving tech and AI environment.

The role involves end-to-end management of complex GenAI programs, working with vendors, and large scale freelance teams while maintaining delivery momentum.

This position also requires experience managing global teams across multiple time zones, as well as overseeing project finances, including budgeting, financial control, and planning, gross margin, and P&L.

You will be responsible for day-to-day project execution, stakeholder communication, and ensuring high-quality and timely delivery in a fast-paced, evolving AI environment. Essential skills include strong customer engagement, creative problem-solving abilities, the ability to work independently with minimal guidance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Drive the successful execution of project initiatives across product, engineering, and operations teams, ensuring alignment with project timelines and deliverables

• Track and report on key project metrics, timeline adherence, and team velocity

• Create and maintain project documentation, including roadmaps, status reports, and resource planning artifacts

• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and communication between product, engineering, operations, and stakeholder teams

• Identify and mitigate project risks through data analysis and stakeholder feedback

• Monitor technical dependencies, integration requirements, and operational constraints while maintaining awareness of industry trends

• Establish and maintain project management frameworks, including sprint planning, risk management, and resource allocation

REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience in working within an organization dedicated to the development and advancement of AI technologies.

• Min. 3+ years of experience in business management, or project management.

• Project Management Professional (PMP®) desired

• Proven experience creating, leading and delivering GenAI projects.

• Knowledge of AI infrastructure and scalability considerations for deploying models in production environments.

• Strong technical understanding (CS/Engineering degree or relevant experience).

• Experience in project finances, including budgeting, GM, P&L. 

• Ability to understand metrics and key product levers that can move the needle.

• Ability to manage global teams of freelancers at scales.

• Experience in vendor management and communication

• Ability to work independently with minimal guidance and a creative, solutions-oriented mindset, capable of tackling challenges in dynamic and ambiguous environments.

• Outstanding communication skills for explaining evaluations, proposing solutions, and providing process insights and high presentation form.
