Position overview:
As a Business Development Executive you drive sales, achieve revenue targets, and contribute to the growth and success of the company. You identify and pursue new business opportunities (logos
with growth potential: revenue >$25M), understand potential client needs, and promote the relevant
offerings (products and services), aligned to the overall company strategy.

Key responsibilities:
* Prospect and identify potential clients aligned to company strategy through market research, networking and lead generation 
* Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline of qualified leads
* Create and execute account strategies/ plans for each of the targeted clients based on the overall company strategy
* Oversee the end to end request for proposal process
* Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals to potential clients
* Negotiate pricing, contracts and terms with client to reach mutually beneficial agreements
* Close sales deals which have been won and ensure all necessary documentation is completed accurately
* Transition client to a designated Client Success Executive
* Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress in the CRM system
* Ensure timely hygiene and corrective actions relating to: sales funnel, account/deal plans and other sales KPIs

* Understanding of the digital BPO landscape and industry best practices
* Knowledge of BPO services and digital technologies, including AI and Trust and Safety sales expertise as required
* Effective negotiation and conflict management abilities
* Ability to use sophisticated analytical thought to exercise judgment and identify innovative solutions
* Ability to communicate difficult concepts and influence others to adopt a different point of view
* Results-oriented mindset with focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets
* General financial acumen
* Proficient in using CRM software and sales tools

Qualifications
* 5+ years of proven track of success in sales, preferably in the digital industry
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field
* Proficient oral and written English

Compensation
The base compensation range for this position is $116,000-$145,000 USD
