Descrição e requisitos
- Manage configurations within the collaboration platforms and Google Workspace
- Identify and resolve technical issues, coordinating with other technical teams or vendors as required (such as Dmarcian, Sendgrid, O365. Slack Workspace)
- Provide technical expertise and support related to collaboration tools
- Create and maintain documentation for user guides, procedures, and troubleshooting steps
- Manage complex configurations within the collaboration tools
- Identify and resolve complex technical issues related to collaboration tools, coordinating with other IT teams or vendors as needed.
- Proactively monitor and maintain collaboration tools to prevent downtime and ensure optimal performance.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in collaboration tools and trends.
- Integrate collaboration tools with the IT environment
- Work on collaboration solutions’ performance tuning, scalability, and efficiency
- Research new features and enhancements and implement improvements to collaboration capabilities
- Develop and implement innovative collaboration features and functionalities to enhance user experience and productivity
- Lead and manage collaboration solution development projects from concept to deployment, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards to achieve project goals
- Champion the adoption and utilization of collaboration solutions across the organization
- Evaluate and recommend new collaboration technologies, tools, and platforms to stay ahead of industry trends
- Manage vendors including negotiations, contract and service level agreements
- Mentor and guide administrators in collaboration solution design, development and implementation
