Position Description:


The focus of this study is to generate indoor data and collect recordings of each participant. The study moderator will guide participants through a series of tasks.

Moderators are expected to interact directly with study participants using the provided study protocols and manage the data collected during each session. Moderators will report to the Project Manager and Project Coordinator. Training will be provided before the start of data collection. Sessions take place in San Diego, CA, with additional support staff on-site to manage participant intake and provide technical assistance. 

Main Responsibilities:

  • Receive participants at work and guide them through the study in a controlled environment.

  • Ensure all recordings are completed according to project guidelines and upload the data.

  • Have all participants complete a survey at the end of each session.

  • Follow COVID-19 sanitization procedures after each session.

  • Represent and promote the TELUS AI brand. 

Requirements:

  • Technical/troubleshooting skills; address fundamental problems with launching apps and uploading data.

  • Familiarity with iOS and Mac OS

  • Experience with data collection and data management or user research.

  • Able to commit to a weekly schedule for the duration of the project (~5 weeks).

  • Ability to interact professionally with project participants.

  • Must be located in San Diego, CA

  • Experience with progress tracking and reporting, comfortable with Excel, NumbersSheets.
