Position Overview:
The Inventory Assistant II is in charge of carrying out the control of Assets, Devices, Headsets, mouses, and keyboards, verifying that they are correctly inventoried and encoded, as well as being responsible for the reception of merchandise delivered by the suppliers, ensuring that the quality, quantity, and the price is agreed and reflected in our purchase orders.
Key responsibilities:
Prepare the inventory control of assets, devices, headsets, mouses, and keyboards; verify the existing inventory level for the account or area requested, and enter the information of the new equipment to generate the letters of responsibility. Work together with the Procurement area on those cases in which the delivered items are found to be faulty, in order to determine if any item can be granted as replacement while the new product is waiting. Assign lockers to all new employees, asking the supervisor of each area for the full name, employee code, area, and immediate boss, to ensure that lockers are assigned appropriately and avoid duplicating users, among others.

Qualifications:
High School Diploma ( Second-year level of Business Administration, Accounting, or related career) - Desirable
Experience of 1 to 2 years of Warehouse Management - Desirable
Experience in Internal Control, and reception of Merchandise - Desirable
