Role & responsibilities:-

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and efficient workflow.
  • Develop strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
  • Provide recruitment consulting services to clients on end-to-end recruitment processes.
  • Source top talent through headhunting, bulk hiring, vendor management, and non-IT recruitment to meet client requirements.

Desirable-

  • Work Location: Noida
  • BPO hiring is mandatory.
  • Experience required: 2-5 yrs in BPO Hiring
  • Hands on experience in sourcing profiles of Sales, International Voice & International Chat profiles from Online Job Boards like Naukri, Shine etc.
  • 5 Days working (Candidates should be flexible for extra day)
  • Graduation is mandatory.
